Terms of Sale & Use

1. What you are buying

Miles & Puzzles is a digital product: a structured prompt system and accompanying documents, delivered online through your account on junexity.com, with downloads. It is not a software application, not a hosted generator service, and not a physical product. The add-ons (Theme Expansion Library, Mini Theme Pack, DFY Starter Interiors + Listing Kit) are separate digital products with the contents described on their own pages. Product contents are as described on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase; version 1.0.0 contents are recorded in each package's release manifest.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are one-time payments in US dollars, as shown on each product's page and confirmed in the WarriorPlus checkout: Front-End $17 · Theme Expansion Library $27 · Mini Theme Pack $14 · DFY Starter Interiors + Listing Kit $47. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is taken by WarriorPlus and its payment processors; Junexity does not receive your card details.

3. Delivery and your account

After a completed purchase, access is attached to an account on junexity.com under the email address used at purchase, and a delivery email is sent to that address. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the accuracy of the email address you buy with. Access is personal to the buyer account; accounts and product access may not be transferred or shared.

4. Your licence — what you may do

• You may use the system to create activity books and sell the books you create — on KDP, Etsy, your own store, or elsewhere — and you may also use it for personal, unpublished projects.
• With the DFY add-on, you may modify its interiors and sell the books you publish from them.
• You may keep backup copies of the files you downloaded for your own use.

5. What the licence does not allow

• No resale, PLR, giveaway, sharing or redistribution of the system itself — the prompts, calibration cards, spec pack, theme packs, Series Planner, listing templates, or the DFY source files — whether free or paid, in whole or in part.
• No presenting the system, or substantial parts of it, as your own product.
• No using the materials to create content that infringes another party's rights, including branded or copyrighted characters.

6. Your responsibilities as publisher

The books you create are yours, and so is the responsibility for them. You publish under your own platform accounts; you must review every page of your book before publishing; and you are responsible for verifying that your book complies with the rules of the platform you publish on, including Amazon KDP's content and AI-disclosure requirements, which the product's Spec Pack walks you through. Junexity does not certify any buyer's book as compliant, and cannot guarantee that any platform will accept your book.

7. No earnings or results guarantee

This product teaches and structures a production workflow. It comes with no promise or guarantee of earnings, sales, rankings, or publishing acceptance. See the earnings disclaimer on the Front-End page.

8. Third-party services

Using the system involves third-party services under their own terms — including ChatGPT (OpenAI), Canva, Amazon KDP and Etsy. Junexity is not responsible for those services, their availability, or changes they make. The prompts are plain text and are documented for use in other general chat tools if you prefer.

9. Refunds

The refund period configured for these products on WarriorPlus is 30 days from purchase. Refund requests are handled under the terms shown on the official WarriorPlus checkout and receipt for the product, through the process on the Refund Policy page.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep junexity.com delivery available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Product files are versioned; corrections and improvements may be released as new versions. These terms may be updated; the version posted on this page at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
